Shipping policy

Free shipping on US orders of $40 or more, applied automatically at checkout. Stickers always ship free within the US. For everything else, you'll see the shipping rate at checkout before you pay.

When will my order arrive?
Stickers are packed by our team in Virginia and usually leave within 2 to 3 business days.
Apparel, mugs, journals, and other printed gifts are printed to order just for you. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then about 3 to 8 business days to reach you in the US.
If your order includes both, it will arrive in separate packages.

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, for apparel, mugs, journals, and other printed gifts. International rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Stickers ship to US addresses only for now.

Tracking says delivered, but it isn't there?
Check with your household and neighbors first, then email us within 7 days and we will help you chase it down. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will gladly resend it once reshipping is covered.

Arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong?
That one is on us. Send your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for the details.

Planning a team or event order?
We love these. Email us with your quantities and date, and we'll put together timing and shipping for your group.
